 FLEXARA STUDIO, we want you to enjoy your products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return following the conditions below.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at flexarastudio@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Non‑eligible items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
• Sale items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product or one of equal value, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
